Macy's At Your Service Center is seeking a customer-focused colleague to handle BOPS, returns, and in-store support. You will engage customers, process transactions, and help ensure a seamless shopping experience with hospitality and teamwork.

You’ll work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, contributing to a fast-paced environment while upholding Macy's service standards and store cleanliness. This role goes beyond a cashier, emphasizing guest relations and efficiency.

• Able to understand and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Comfortable using electronic devices and handling transactions

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver personalized service in a fast-paced store
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) and returns handling
• Operate POS systems and complete transactions accurately
• Maintain clean, organized checkout and pickup areas and help teammates as needed
