Responsibilities

• Assist customers in Buy Online Pickup In Store and order pickups.
• Support returns, exchanges and other assigned tasks while upholding service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized pickup area and engage customers with warm hospitality.
• Explain loyalty program benefits and help customers apply for credit accounts when appropriate.
