Macy's is hiring an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless shopping experience in our stores. You will support Buy Online Pickup In Store, merchandise returns, order pickups, and related tasks while upholding Macy's service standards.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset, working varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while helping keep the space inviting for every customer who walks in.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to review sales goals and stay informed on promotions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with all At Your Service activities (BOPS, returns, order pickups).
• Support the checkout and pickup processes using store systems to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized shopping space and help ensure a welcoming environment.
• Promote Macy's Loyalty benefits and assist customers in meaningful ways to finish transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and deliver excellent service.
