Job summary

Macy’s Inc. is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless shopping experience in-store. You’ll support BOPS, returns, order pickups, and assigned tasks while upholding Macy’s service standards and hospitality.

The role requires adaptability to nights, weekends, and holidays, with focus on accuracy and customer-first service. You’ll join a fast-paced team, help maintain a clean, organized store floor, and contribute to meeting sales goals through proactive customer

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Able to meet daily sales goals and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Enjoy meeting people and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience across Service areas.
• Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), returns, and in-store pick ups.
• Keep pickup and return areas clean and organized for a friction-free customer experience.
• Promote Loyalty benefits and assist customers with transactions using store systems.
