Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in total store fulfillment, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) and returns.
• Proficient in all systems needed to complete transactions.
• Keep pickup and return areas organized for a friction-free experience.
• Maintain a clean, inviting shopping space.
• Engage customers with genuine hospitality and build lasting relationships.
