This role emphasizes multitasking, problem solving, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, helping keep the sales floor inviting and ensuring every customer feels welcome.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.
• Able to meet daily sales goals.
• Able to acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Comfortable with technology and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Support Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) and merchandise returns.
• Assist customers with order pickups and transactions using store systems.
• Keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
• Engage customers with genuine hospitality and explain loyalty benefits.
• Strive to meet daily sales goals and contribute to store results.
