Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years prior guest service experience preferred in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills required.
• Attention to detail and customer-focused approach essential.
• Able to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs and verify billing.
• Create reservations and assist guests with inquiries and requests.
• Know hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation.
• Upsell rooms and amenities to maximize revenue; follow cash handling procedures.
