Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Florida. You will greet, register and assist guests, handle payments, reservations, and requests to ensure a seamless stay. Prior customer service experience and knowledge of PMS systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately and assist with their needs.
• Register and assign guests to rooms.
• Establish methods of payment and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change.
• Transmit and receive messages via telephone or PMS.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Resolve guest complaints, escalating when needed.
• Safeguard guests' valuables in hotel safes when appropriate.
• Balance accounts and conduct basic audits.
• Support breakfast area or luggage assist during peak periods.
• Strive for high levels of guest satisfaction.
