Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet and assist guests, register rooms, and handle payments using the hotel PMS system. You will support reservations, respond to requests, resolve issues, and help maintain guest satisfaction across shifts.

Responsibilities include balancing accounts, assisting in breakfast, and ensuring a smooth guest experience compliant with brand standards. Prior customer service experience is valuable, with opportunities for growth within the front

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Register and assign guests to hotel rooms.
• Establish payment methods and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change.
• Transmit and receive messages using the PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary.
• Secure guests' valuables in hotel safe or safe-deposit boxes.
• Perform bookkeeping activities, balance accounts and conduct audits.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing satisfaction.
• Practice safe work habits and follow safety standards.
• Assist in the breakfast area or luggage when needed.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
