Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Fort Lauderdale to warmly greet guests, check them in and assist with their needs. You will manage reservations, handle payments and verify guest information using the hotel PMS system, while maintaining brand and sustainability standards.

The role requires prior customer service experience or training, and a High School diploma or equivalent. Staff responsibilities include assisting in morning operations and supporting breakfast areas when needed,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their needs promptly.
• Register guests and assign rooms in the hotel system.
• Handle payments and verify credit using the POS/PMS.
• Make and confirm reservations as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints.
• Secure valuables and balance accounts as part of front desk routines.
