Job summary

UDF is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee store operations and ensure excellent guest service. The role involves supervising associates, handling cash, managing daily tasks, and ensuring a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will work full-time on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, including alcohol/tobacco sales compliance, with a pay range of $14.75 to $16.75 per hour. This position requires adherence to all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to follow store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Managing other Associates: coaching and training shifts.
• Store Administration: paperwork and reports as directed.
• Overall Guest Services: deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• DipSide Guest Services: prepare shakes, sundaes, and related items.
• Efficient Operation of POS System and Gas Console: process transactions accurately.
• Stocking Merchandise and maintaining clean, presentable store conditions.
• Security: monitor customers and handle cash with drop procedures.
• Maintenance: keep store and equipment in good condition.
