Job summary

UDF is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure exceptional guest service. You will lead associates, coach staff, and manage administrative tasks while adhering to all policies and safety rules.

The role requires handling cash, operating the POS and gas console, and maintaining store conditions to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. Shifts may include 1st, 2nd or 3rd, with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively with customers in English.
• Able to operate store equipment and POS systems.
• Strong math skills for handling cash and making change.
• Ability to supervise and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Associates; coach Shift Leaders and Guest Services staff.
• Handle store administration tasks and paperwork per guidance.
• Deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Prepare DipSide items and maintain dip cabinet and serving areas.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and securely.
