Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.

• Ability to work 37–40 hours weekly in a full-time schedule.
• Must be legally able to sell alcohol and tobacco per state law.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage other associates, assign duties, coach and train shift leaders.
• Handle store administration tasks including ordering and paperwork.
• Deliver Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean store conditions.
• Maintain security and monitor guest activity.
• Complete time records and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
