Job summary

UDF is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and manage shift staff. The role requires enforcing company policies, handling cash and transactions, and maintaining store conditions for a seamless customer experience.

Schedule is Full Time (37-40 hours per week) including 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts. Requires legal qualification to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers in English.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform basic transactions.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage other associates, assign duties, coach and train Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Oversee store administration including ordering, reports, and paperwork.
• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare DipSide items and maintain product displays.
• Operate POS and gas console and process various transactions.
• Stock shelves, dairy, and dip cabinets and rotate stock.
