Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages accurately with menu knowledge.
• Assist guests and relay questions to team members.
• Clear and reset tables within 3 minutes of guest departure.
• Assist with packaging takeout orders.
• Maintain dining room and proactively assist where needed.
• Keep kitchen expo areas, service stations, and dining room clean and organized.
• Polish and restock silverware, glassware, and plateware.
• Monitor and remove trash and recycling regularly.
• Memorize table and seat numbers to aid in service.
• Learn menu details, ingredients, and allergen protocols.
• Communicate guest concerns to team leads.
• Assist FOH during high-volume periods.
• Help opening and closing duties, including setting dining room.
