You will learn menu details, allergen protocols, and brand standards across URBN venues.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Flexible availability; mornings, evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages accurately, with knowledge of menu details.
• Assist guests and relay questions to the team.
• Clear and reset tables within 3 minutes of guest departure.
• Assist with packaging takeout orders.
• Maintain awareness of the dining room and proactively help where needed.
• Keep kitchen expo areas, service stations, and dining room clean and organized.
• Polish and restock silverware, glassware, and plateware.
• Monitor and remove trash and recycling regularly.
• Ensure safe and clear walkways for guests and staff.
• Memorize table and seat numbers for efficient service.
• Learn menu details, ingredients, and allergen protocols.
• Communicate guest concerns clearly to team leads.
• Assist FOH during high-volume periods.
• Help with opening and closing duties, including setting up/resetting the dining room.
