URBN is seeking a Service Assistant to support guest experience in a fast-paced, kitchen-forward dining environment. You will help with table service, food delivery, and front-of-house support while learning menu details and allergen protocols. Qualifications

• Entry level position; passion for details is ideal.
• Polished, professional appearance with a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
• Physically able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages accurately with knowledge of menu items.
• Assist guests and relay questions or concerns to the team.
• Clear and reset tables within 3 minutes of guest departure.
• Assist with packaging takeout orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and service areas.
• Polish and restock silverware, glassware, and plateware.
