Job summary

Terrain Cafe is seeking a dedicated Service Assistant to uphold a premier guest experience in a fast-paced dining room. You will deliver meals, assist guests, reset tables quickly, and help with takeout orders while keeping service areas clean and organized.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, personable, and capable of multi-tasking under pressure. This entry-level role offers growth within URBN's garden-to-table concept and benefits across URBN brands.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; passion for details helps you thrive.
• Polished, professional appearance with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Physically able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages promptly with menu knowledge.
• Assist guests and relay questions to the team.
• Clear and reset tables within 3 minutes of guest departure.
• Assist with packaging takeout orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room and service areas.
• Support FOH during high-volume periods and assist with opening/closing duties.
