Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel Denver is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests and ensure a positive stay. You will perform check-in/out, promote programs, and maintain accurate guest records while handling cash and resolving issues.

The role requires friendly, organized communicators who can multitask and work flexible shifts. Hotel knowledge and English proficiency are preferred for success in our busy lobby environment.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly manner in relating to the public (customer-facing).
• Attention to detail while handling multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with handling money and basic office machines.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
• Check guests in and out, promote programs, maintain guest records, cash handling, monitor guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food prep, setup, guest service, and cleanup.
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture.
