Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, check them in and out, and ensure an exceptional stay. You will promote programs, maintain guest records, manage cash, and monitor guest satisfaction with a friendly, professional attitude.

The role includes assisting with breakfast and Kickback service, setting up and cleaning as needed, and upholding the Drury culture across the team. Strong English communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly manner when relating to the public.
• Ability to handle money, make change, and use office machines.
• Clear and courteous communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at the front desk during check-in and check-out, promote programs, maintain guest records, handle cash, monitor satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Assist with breakfast and Kickback service, including setup, guest service and cleanup as needed.
• Present a high standard of integrity and hospitality and promote the Drury culture to guests and staff.
