Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in Denver is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, check them in and out, process reservations, and balance daily receipts. You may assist with breakfast setup and perform cash-handling duties while delivering a +1 Service attitude to every guest.

As an on-site team member, you will contribute to a positive work environment, coordinate with management, and ensure guest safety and satisfaction during shifts, including overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist guests with check-in/out and reservations.
• Accurate handling of cash, payments and balance reconciliations.
• Maintain guest records and support breakfast setup when required.
• Communicate professionally and follow hotel policies and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties including guests’ check-in/out and inquiries.
• Balance receipts from the previous day and run relevant reports.
• Promote sales programs and provide courteous, efficient service.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and assist with safety during overnight hours.
