Qualifications

• Friendly, organized, and effective communicator with guests.
• Able to multitask and handle multiple guests smoothly.
• Experience handling cash and operating basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Promote hotel programs and maintain guest records.
• Provide courteous, professional guest service and problem resolution.
• Assist with breakfast and Kickback service as needed.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain standards of integrity and hospitality.
