Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional Guest Attendant who will be the face of our property and first contact for guests. This on-site role emphasizes front office operations, guest services, and accommodations to ensure a superior guest experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Front Office Operations: Reservations, renewals, check-ins/outs; review front office reports.
• Guest Services: Meet guest needs, conduct tours, close sales, fulfill special requests.
• Laundry Duties: Wash, dry, fold, organize linens and towels; keep laundry area clean.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, restock supplies.
• Sales & Marketing: Assist with in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy.
• Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure safety of guests.
