IHG Hotels & Resorts in Savannah, GA seeks a Front Desk Agent for the 3pm–11pm shift. You’ll greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, process payments, and manage reservations with warmth and professionalism.

You’ll provide information about local attractions and hotel amenities, respond to requests, and ensure guest satisfaction by coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance. The role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication and multitasking skills, basic computer and phone skills,

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly and professional communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and phone skills.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Process payments and manage guest accounts daily.
• Book, modify, and cancel reservations.
• Answer questions and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Resolve guest requests and issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information.
• Answer phones and emails in a warm, professional manner.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow brand standards, safety, security, and privacy procedures.
• Wear uniform; blazer and collared polo; office attire.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
