Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs invites you to join its Food & Beverage team as a Guest Service Ambassador. You will handle guest check transactions, take orders, seat guests, and maintain a warm, courteous environment at all times.

You will relay wait times, answer questions, and resolve guest concerns while upholding Grand Casino's cash handling and health standards. This role emphasizes teamwork and a positive guest experience across touchpoints.

Qualifications

Previous cash handling experience.
Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s).
Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Receive payment from Guests in a prompt and courteous manner when applicable.
Adhere to established cash control policies and procedures of Grand Casino.
Advise Guest of waiting time and areas of the Venue.
Prepare orders in a timely manner and complete them with garnish and accompaniments.
Answer Guest questions and directs concerns to appropriate management.
Seat Guests according to the established procedures of the venue.
Deliver excellent Guest Service in an upbeat, friendly manner.
Assist in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation.
Respond to Guest complaints quickly and courteously.
