Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests at hotels, hospitals or casinos and assist with inquiries and directions. This seasonal role emphasizes courteous, efficient service and accurate information delivery.

The position requires a high school diploma, 1–3 months of related experience, and ability to handle emergency situations with calmness. Clear English communication and basic computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of equipment including telephones, codes and alarms, two-way radios, disaster phone, fire panel and surveillance system.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions and facility information.
• Answer the telephone promptly and politely per Towne Park standards.
• Monitor and respond to emergencies on a priority basis.
• Provide information about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities while maintaining confidentiality.
• Follow safety procedures and report accidents and incidents promptly.
