Fairfield Inn & Suites - Bartonsville in the United States is seeking a courteous Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, check in and check out, and manage reservations using our PMS. You will handle phone and email inquiries, provide information on services and local attractions, resolve guest issues professionally, and support cash handling and daily front desk tasks.

This part-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Proven customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Proficient with PMS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the property management system.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
• Process payments, maintain accurate cash handling procedures, and balance daily transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including mail distribution and record-keeping.
• Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
