Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver a warm check-in experience.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs using PMS.
• Handle inquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance for guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Provide local area recommendations and directions.
