Job summary

Fairfield Inn in Sandston, VA is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and answer calls. You will register guests, take reservations, process payments, and provide a welcoming, efficient service experience.

You will coordinate with housekeeping for VIP arrivals, post charges to folio, and support the brand's service culture across shifts, including flexible hours and overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete required training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer phone calls and take messages.
• Check guests in and out, register guests and issue room keys.
• Make reservations and collect payments from departing guests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for VIP arrivals and stay-overs.
• Post charges to folio and deliver requested amenities to rooms.
• Balance shift, close and balance cash drawer, and maintain records.
