The role also involves managing room availability, guest accounts, and billing, posting charges, processing payments, and making reservations. Strong hospitality service experience and proficiency with PMS/MMS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with registration and room assignments.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, dining, entertainment, and directions.
• Manage room availability, guest accounts, and billing.
• Post charges, process payments, and make change.
• Make reservations and handle guest requests, including safekeeping of valuables.
• Communicate effectively with other departments.
• Follow hotel credit policies and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Support team members and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
