Fairfield Inn & Suites Findlay is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm welcomes, seamless check-ins, and memorable departures. You are the face of the hotel, guiding guests with friendly professionalism and attention to detail across a fast-paced front desk.

You will handle reservations, guest requests, and billing with accuracy, while collaborating with team members to maintain smooth operations. Open availability for AM and PM shifts, including weekends, is required to support guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
