Ideal candidates have prior front desk or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Multilingual abilities and Hilton travel discounts are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist throughout their stay.
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Assist guests with requests or issues during their stay.
• Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform night audit duties as needed.
