The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. Experience is helpful but not mandatory, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and basic software.
• Accurately handle cash and post charges.
• Hotel/guest service experience preferred, not required.
• Spanish language ability is a plus; alcohol certification may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, register arrivals, and assign rooms.
• Conduct check-out procedures and process payments.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, directions, and local attractions.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages, and promotions.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow all safety and company policies and report issues.
