Qualifications

• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk and lobby.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs and room blocks as needed.
• Answer guest questions and resolve requests promptly.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.
• Support VOIP/guest services via internal communications as needed.
