Job summary

You'll represent the property with professionalism, manage guest requests, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth experience. Prior hospitality experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong guest service orientation and professionalism.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Proficiency with computers, calculators, phones and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests, verify reservations, and explain facilities and policies.
• Process check-outs and payments; issue invoices and receipts; ensure billing accuracy.
