Qualifications

• Candidates should have front desk or guest service experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Knowledge of hotel software and reservation systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and front office staff to ensure seamless check-in/check-out.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold service standards.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Support scheduling and address disciplinary issues as needed.
• Maintain guest privacy and security protocols.
