Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate at the Scottsdale Curio Resort & Spa to greet guests, register arrivals, handle checkout, and ensure an exceptional stay aligned with the hotel’s high standards.

The role requires friendly communication, basic math for billing, and using the computer system; shifts vary due to 24/7 operations, with opportunities to contribute to guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Calculator proficiency for basic math.
• Ability to interact with guests with tact and diplomacy.
• Strong English communication, both spoken and written.
• Ability to input information using a computer system.
• Awareness of safety and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly welcome and assist with check-in/out.
• Input guest information and confirm room details in the computer system.
• Handle payments, scan keys, and balance house accounts as needed.
• Answer phones clearly in English and relay messages to guests.
• Resolve guest concerns and coordinate with supervisors when needed.
• Maintain a neat front desk and adhere to safety procedures.
• Support other front desk team members as required.
