Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality front desk role preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with spa scheduling software (e.g., Book4Time, SpaSoft) and Microsoft Office a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet spa guests and check them in/out for appointments.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage spa appointments via phone, email, and in person.
• Answer inquiries regarding spa services, pricing, and availability.
• Process payments, gratuities, and retail sales transactions.
• Coordinate appointment timing with therapists and spa staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception and relaxation areas.
• Promote spa packages, memberships, and retail products to guests.
• Maintain accurate guest records and handle confidential health intake forms.
