Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent at our Scottsdale property. You will greet guests, check them in and out, and ensure an exceptional welcome and stay; accurate payments and room assignments are essential.

Strong English communication and customer service skills are required, along with basic arithmetic and ability to use front desk software. Prior hospitality experience is preferred, and a flexible schedule is helpful to cover shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel front desk or guest services environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Moderate math ability and accurate cash handling.
• Ability to use a computer system to check guests in/out and manage payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome and complete check-in/check-out procedures.
• Input guest information, assign rooms, and process payments accurately.
• Answer phones, relay messages, and provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Retrieve mail and packages and assist guests with requests as needed.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues following established guidelines.
