Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate in Scottsdale, AZ. Greets and registers guests, provides prompt service, and closes out guest accounts to ensure an exceptional stay in line with hotel standards.

The role requires standing, basic arithmetic, cash handling, and accurate input of information in our computer system. Strong English communication and a friendly, proactive attitude are essential, with flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with calculators and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and spoken.
• Experience inputting information into a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them using a computer system.
• Verify and imprint guest cards; handle payments and cash.
• Provide accurate information on hours and local attractions.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and resolve issues per guidelines.
• Maintain a neat front desk area and assist other staff as needed.
