Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami - Airport West is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, and assist with check-in/out while promoting hotel amenities. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction in a welcoming, professional environment.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, has basic computer skills, can handle cash accurately, and manages time effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
• Proficient with computer systems and basic software.
• Accurately handle cash and post charges.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
• Requires time management to juggle multiple guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register guests, assign rooms and conduct check-in/check-out procedures.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to guests using knowledge and selling techniques.
• Respond to guest inquiries with a positive attitude and accurate information.
• Provide friendly, courteous service and maintain a welcoming demeanor at all times.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Attend team meetings and follow all policies including safety procedures.
