Job summary

Four Points By Sheraton Miami Airport is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in/out, and promote hotel amenities with a professional demeanor. You will handle inquiries, coordinate with departments, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience at every guest interaction.

Attention to detail, strong communication, and basic computer/cash handling skills are required. Spanish language ability is a plus and hotel experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and cash handling abilities.
• Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Conduct check-in and check-out processes.
• Respond to guest inquiries with a positive attitude.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, and promotions.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle phone calls, messages, and guest requests.
