Job summary

Hilton Miami Blue Lagoon is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and address requests with warmth and efficiency. You will ensure accurate rate information, assist guests, and coordinate with hotel teams to maintain guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends. This role emphasizes guest service, professionalism, and timely, friendly communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work well under stress and in busy environments.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/Check-out efficiency; ensure guest room satisfaction after check-in.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates and promotions.
• Receive and note all incoming mail as required per shift checklist.
