Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
  • Experience with Property Management System (Opera) preferred.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods; ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
  • Assign rooms that meet guest preferences and special requests.
  • Obtain and verify credit and payment information in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain knowledge of upcoming events, group bookings, and banquet orders.
  • Perform check-out procedures and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Front Desk and lobby area.
  • Handle emergencies with professionalism, prioritizing guest and team member safety.
  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards; may work varying schedules.
  • Attend mandatory trainings and meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
