You’ll handle front desk operations, assist guests with check-in and check-out, and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth hotel performance while maintaining a safe environment.

• Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all laundry responsibilities, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
• Process credit card transactions.
• Handle phone system, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
• Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability and transactions.
• Prepare folios for departing guests.
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with breakfast if needed.
• Monitor hotel safety and emergency procedures during the night shift.
