Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and handle check-in/check-out processes.
• Process reservations, room assignments, and payments accurately.
• Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests in person or by phone.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle special requests and resolve concerns with a positive approach.
• Manage the multi-line phone system professionally.
• Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Support resort security procedures and emergency protocols.
