Job summary

Key West Historic Inns, part of the Davidson Hospitality Group, seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, assist with reservations, and coordinate check-ins and check-outs for a memorable stay in a historic property. You will provide personalized service in a fast-paced environment along with a strong emphasis on hospitality excellence.

As the first and last point of contact, you will answer questions, manage guest inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience across Winslow's

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred; hotel Front Desk experience is a plus
• Experience with hotel property management systems such as StayNTouch, Opera, or similar PMS platforms preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills for handling guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and hotel management software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
