Job summary

Seabird Lodge is seeking a positive, friendly Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to hotel guests at our Fort Bragg property. You will assist guests with check-in/check-out, issue room keys, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room availability.

The role requires excellent communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally, ensuring guests have an outstanding experience from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Computer literacy and ability to handle payments and reservations.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor knowledge of hotel operations and activities.
• Take reservations and respond to questions via phone, email, and in person.
• Build rapport with guests and identify needs through friendly conversation.
• Describe features and amenities of guest rooms.
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
