Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service at our property. You will greet guests, manage check-in/out, and provide information on rooms, rates, and amenities.

You will employ strong communication and organizational skills to drive guest satisfaction, handle payments, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hotel Front Desk Agent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Must read, write and speak English; interact with guests and team members.
• Proficient with computers and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Provide information about rooms, rates and hotel amenities.
• Upsell to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Handle payments, verify IDs, and process registrations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
• Respond to complaints promptly and professionally.
