Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in, reservations, and questions about rooms and amenities. You will ensure a delightful stay and may cross-train as a bartender.

Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, managing reservations, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records while offering information on rates and services. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred.
• Customer service oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Clear oral and written communication.
• 21+ years of age.
• Willing to cross-train as bartender.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage all reservations (online and phone).
• Inform guests about rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Handle payments and verify IDs.
• Cross-train as bartender when needed.
• Maintain guest records and billing.
• Address guest concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with housekeeping.
• Upsell facilities and services.
